Shipping Policy

- We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time plus shipping equals expected delivery date. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation.

- You will recieve an email with tracking information once your ordere has shipped. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at AllureBodyandWellness@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

-You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Allure Body and Wellness. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Return/Refund Policy

- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective.

- The defective item must be returned to Allure Body and Wellness within 7 days of purchase.

- Once received, the item will be inspected and it will be determined if you are eligible for a refund/replacement.
